Refund Conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of course payment. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected]Ā Ā with the subject "Refund Request" and include your contact information, payment date, and the reason for the refund request.

Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of $150. This covers payment processing and administrative expenses.

Refunds are only possible if you have not accessed the basic course and materials. If access has been granted, no refund will be provided.

No refunds will be issued for courses that have already started at the time of the request. If you have begun the course or accessed the course materials, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued if the student violates the course usage terms or academic integrity policies.
Refund Process:

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it within 14 business days and contact you to confirm receipt of the request.

If the refund is approved, funds will be returned to your account within 30 business days from the approval date.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

In the event of a refund denial, you will receive a written explanation of the reasons for the denial.
Exceptions:

Discount and Promo Codes: Courses paid for using discount or promo codes are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds or refunds for portions of the course that have already been provided are not available.
